When you book a call or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, work email, company, and what you'd like to automate. When you browse the site, our hosting provider and any analytics tools may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare for and conduct discovery calls, deliver our services, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on third parties to run our business — for example, scheduling and calendar tools, email, and website hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
Client data & engagements
During an engagement, we may access systems and data you authorize (for example, your CRM or help desk) solely to build and operate the agreed automations. We apply least-privilege access, scope permissions to the work, and remove access on request or at the end of the engagement.
