Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the SimplyCubed website. Engagements for services are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Use of the site
The content on this site is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Services & the guarantee
We define success metrics in writing with each client before an engagement begins. If we don't meet those agreed metrics within 30 days of deployment, we will continue working at no additional cost until we do, or refund 50% of the engagement fee — as set out in your engagement agreement. The guarantee applies only to the metrics agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The SimplyCubed name, logo, and site content are our property. Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is set out in your engagement agreement.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SimplyCubed is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
